Miss Omar did put me at ease from my first encounter with her when I did my surgery in June 2017. She has since been professional and friendly. I feel I can talk to her about anything. During my visit on 19 February 2019, my appointment was for 0900 hours and I was called in at exactly 0900. She told me what she was doing and examined me thoroughly. She answered my questions and I was quite satisfied. I trust her 100% and always look forward to my appointments with her. Junia Jones

After a year of the most horrendous symptoms my health anxiety had reached a new level! Meeting Miss Omar was the first positive experience throughout the long arduous journey. Miss Omar is a true professional, she answered all my questions clearly and honestly. I never felt rushed into making any decisions and my options were always made clear to me. Miss Omar and her team at The Sloane were fabulous to start to finish.

From the moment I met Miss Omar for an initial consultation right through to being signed off after surgery, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. My questions were always answered and the whole process was extremely stress free. I could not recommend Miss Omar highly enough and would like to thank her very much.

Miss Omer was very considerate in all her dealings with me. At no time did i feel pressured to make a decision about my care & i felt fully informed with the options both for & against surgery. Miss Omar listened carefully to me and answered all my questions &, as matters progressed, to my husbands questions too. On the day of the operation she went though matters with us both & after the op once i'd come around she came to see me again to check up on matters. I was left with contact details to reach her if i had any questions prior to my follow up appointment. At all times she was friendly & very professional without being scary or unapproachable.

Miss Kazal Omar and her Nurse Kathy at the Princess Royal Hospital put me at ease at a very difficult time. Miss Omar was highly professional, but she spoke to me and asked relevant questions and listened intentively to what I had to say and took it all on board. Miss Omar is kind, caring, professional and highly knowledgeable. Above all I found her sensitive. She is approachable and put me at ease immediately. I think she is an excellent Consultant. Wish there were more like her.
